12 WEEK HALF-MARATHON TRAINING PLANS 

My 12-week half-marathon training programmes are designed to support you in reaching your next running milestone.

All plans include:

2 strength sessions, one focusing on lower body and one full body.

3 weekly runs comprising an easy run, an interval or tempo run, and a long run.

  • You'll benefit from a well-rounded approach that blends strength training with running workouts to enhance your overall performance, maintain muscle mass and reduce the risk of injury.

  • To ensure you have all the necessary resources for success, each plan grants you access to a shared Google Drive. Here, you'll find video demonstrations of the exercises featured in the strength sessions. Alongside this, you will receive additional tips and tricks aimed at optimising your training experience and guiding you toward achieving your half marathon goal.

  • Note: The run workouts included in each plan are measured in min/km paces and designed to be followed on a smartwatch that can track your pace. However, this is not a necessity and can be done using Strava on your phone.
